This project is one of the examples of commercial redevelopment of an unfinished hotel, for which we performed functional zoning and interior design. At the beginning of the cooperation, the client turned to us with a request for comprehensive implementation of the project and the rescue of the "concrete box".

The building had not a straight line, but a pattern shape and, as a result, the room stock was not typical and very diverse. This created a lot of difficulties during construction, but had considerable advantages, provided the quality of the final implementation.

First of all, we analyzed the raw data in detail and updated the functional and spatial scheme of the building, as well as added modern relevant services. The entire room base, hall, lobby, bars and restaurant with a night club were designed from scratch. Work on this project gave an opportunity to apply non-standard technological solutions, as well as to fill the interiors with original finishing materials and finishing textures.
