We designed this modern and cozy house from scratch. We managed to implement a clean and minimalist volumetric-planning composition.

On the first level there is a spacious kitchen, a two-story living room with a classic fireplace and a second light. The highlight of the interior of the living room was an exclusive chandelier, which was made according to our sketches especially for this house. The windows of the master bedroom with its own terrace and the office, above which the guest rooms are located, overlook the northern facade. Children's rooms are also located on the second floor.

It was decided not to overload the space and to make an open shed instead of a garage. Discreet landscape design added lightness both visually and in further maintenance.

The location of the plot of land contributed to the opening of the space and several viewpoints, and in addition to this, we arranged a mini pool. The water mirror created interesting angles and filled the interiors with daylight, and at night the starry sky and the moon are delicately reflected on the surface of the water and paint dynamic reflections on the ceilings.
