This story began with a blank slate and a 30-hectare plot of land located in a pine forest. The main goals were ergonomic planning and maximum connection with nature, inspired by the projects of the outstanding world architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

The planning of the house organically revealed the customer's charisma and lifestyle.On the first floor, there is a spacious 2-story living room area, which on one side flows into a functional kitchen with a pantry, and on the other opens to a spacious covered terrace. In the hall, we designed an open two-sided fireplace to create an atmosphere of coziness on winter evenings, and next to the entrance group there was a place for a study. Also, there is a spa area and a small gym with a ping-pong table comfortably located here.

The second level of the estate houses the children's and guest bedrooms, and across the bridge is the owner's master suite, with its own terrace and open fireplace.

For coziness and comfort, we designed the interior space in the form of a Spanish courtyard, thanks to which we closed from unnecessary views and at the same time opened views of the crowns of slender pines and the clear sky.

The covered terrace organically flows into the outdoor pool area, which we equipped with a special sliding system for greater comfort and protection from pine needles.

The garage was located behind a transparent gate, so that it would be possible to see the beauty of sports cars more often, and a functional canopy was designed for guest parking.
